Would someone share the "Fat Loss 4 Idiots" diet please.?

I take regular exercise and I DON'T over eat!

Neither do I eat unheathily.

NO-ONE could possibly have stuck more religously and seriously to the different diets I have tried, so no facetious comments please.

The "Fat Loss 4 Idiots" sounds like it may be what I need, but I really can't afford to chuck any more money after any more crazy ideas that don't work, so if some-one would kindly share a few eating suggestions from it I would be really grateful.
Not one person here so far has answered the request and ALL failed to read my post properly…are you all that desperate for two measly point?

i've never tried it and i'm curious of what the diet plan is too.
but i was surfin yahoo answers and found someone who posted their 4 days of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots. its incomplete but its better then nothing.

Day 1: 1,500 calories
Day 2: 1,800 calories
Day 3: 1,200 calories
Day 4: 2,000 calories

Also. if u've read the site it encourages u to eat more then 3 times…which they mean 4 and i found out from speaking to a nutritionist i have to eat every 4 hours to achieve so. i start my day with breakfast at 7, then another meal at 11 and so on till 7pm and occasionally if i'm awake i at at 11 a very SMALL meal of whole grain oatmeal.

The timed eating plan worked for me but i'm going to alter it to the 4 meals and the calories above. (i don't drink so if u do the results may be different)

What are some good ways to help you burn fat just in your room?

ok i wanna lose some weight and i was wonderin if there are any ways i can burn lots of fat just in my room. Not like treadmill or biking or anything like that. Just when im in my room just do something right in there that will burn fat. I don't know about crunches or sit ups ppl always say that that doesn't burn fat it builds abs which are under fat and don't show.

Can anyone give me honest feedback on the P90x program?

Hello, All

Well, a little background first. I'm 44, and currently working on losing weight and getting in shape. In fact I've lost about 55 pounds since last November (but probably have another 40 to go)! The loss has slowed recently, though, partly because my family is down to one car, which is keeping me away from the gym. I'm currently using an old bowflex in the garage, gives me a decent muscle workout, but have not been doing much cardio (other than chasing my 3 kids around).

Now the question. A friend from work recommended I look at the P90x program, he said he knew some people who had some success with it. I tried to do some research online, but you know how it is. All the so-called "review" sites are actually affiliates–they tell you how wonderful a product is and then try to sell it to you.

So I'm asking here. Does anyone use the P90x program? What do you like/dislike about it? What have your results been? Do you recommend the program? Any other helpful tips?

I appreciate any info that you can pass along. Thanks a ton!

P90x is just a bunch of cardio and light endurance based strength training. It would be very helpful to lose fat if you have a decent diet.
