    Hi there, thanks for watching, the temperature is 200C or 400F and the time should be around 15mins, but keep an eye on it as it can cook really quickly depending on the thickness of your pita breads, thanks again! :)

    ok so I tried this for lunch today but I used a wheat wrap instead cause it was about the same on calories as pita and it was flavored with tomato. Also I couldnt find hummus so I used a low sugar low cal spagetti sauce. It was amazingly yummy oh and I used little bit of ham chunks instead of tuna but I bought tuna for it this week. Thanks for sharing this it was sooooooooooo great
