Can you eat while on the cardio machine to regain immediate energy? Will this help burn more fat?

I want to do a long cardio session but want to know if I will be able to burn fat (not muscle) by eating something on the machine.
My goal is to do about 2000 calories. Ive done 1500 before.

What should I eat?

The best way to burn fat is to eat less food and move more, the difficulties arise when we in reality attempt to put that into operation! There are lots of opportunities to fail in the big wide world aren’t there?! The only diet that clearly worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials in stock, it was highlighted in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I lost 30 pounds, it clearly does work!

No, you should not eat anything WHILE you are running. Food does not immediatly get converted into energy.

In fact, you body USES energy to metabolize food, so instead of using energy for your workout, it would use energy for digestion, making your workout worse.

I would recommend eating a light snack 60 minutes or so before hand
