How do you burn fat on your obliques?

Whats an easy way to burn fat on your obliques. You know, that areas on the left and ride side of your abs. Also known as love handles. Which everyone hates.

Contrary to popular belief, spot training alone will not work. It’s not coincidence that the body stores fat where most people attempt to lose it. We all have a layer of fat on our midsection. If you just strengthen the muscle underneath, it will get stronger, but it will push out the fat underneath, making you look fatter. Only exercise, in combination with a reduced fat diet will work. Unless you choose liposuction. However, the procedure is very expensive, and not good for the body.

If you’re trying to lose weight, you need to consume fewer calories than you burn. Don’t diet. They’re a waste of time. Why do you think that there are so many diets to choose from? Because at one point or another, you will mess up, and some person thinks that their new diet is the solution. Get more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and water. All of those foods are low in calories. Decrease the amount of meat, dairy, and junk food you consume. All of those foods are high in calories. You can still eat them, especially junk food, but only eat them with meals. For example, eat a handful of chips with lunch.

Also increase your exercise. Jogging on the treadmill for twenty minutes for five days is a start. You need to exercise. You may also want to do light weight training to tone your body. Exercise, without eating well will cause hunger. And eating well, without exercise will cause flabby skin. Here’s a sample of meals for the day:

breakfast:
-total cereal with milk
-an apple
-glass of water

lunch:
-turkey and cheese sandwich
-small bag of chips
-glass of water

dinner:
-salad with chicken breast
-apple
-glass of water
-two scoops of ice cream

Water is very important. Drink some with every meal.

You can’t burn fat off of a specific area. when you burn extra fat from your body it comes from all over. Just do some cardio and tone up your obliques with twisty crunches or something.

    Hey,

Aerobic exercise is the best way to facilitate fat loss all over your body, including your belly. You can’t "spot-burn" belly fat, but it’s usually the first to burn off when you exercise, regardless of your body shape. Just be sure that you focus on calorie-burning exercises, rather than sit-ups or crunches. If your abdominal muscles are covered in fat, no strengthening of those muscles is going to change that. Aerobic exercise is key.

    Good luck!
