What is a natural way to burn fat healthily?
I just want to burn fat, not necessarily loose weight. And I don’t want to do it unhealthily!
Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there’s also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That’s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn’t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

There’s a lot of sites for that, but for just quick information and my opinion I would tell you to do the following:
Exercise, work out or however you will call it, is necessary, at least 3 days a week.Running or cycling is also decent fat burning.
Diet is not recommended, but eating healthy food & not having McDonald’s every morning will fasten up your fat burning.
And third the last and the main step to this goal: Motivation! without wanting and having belief in your fat burning, you will not achieve it, so bear that in your mind and good luck

Eat a high protein, low fat, low carb diet. The only carbs you want are from green vegetables. cut all other carbs out. Do a lot of cardio, and some high repitition weight training. You should loose fat, and tone up your muscles doing this.

The best way to burn fat is aerobics, like speed walking, running or a stationary bike. Be sure to eat enough protein, some at each meal and snack. That allows you to keep the muscle you have and burn fat instead. Do also eat carbs as you need those for energy. As long as you overall calories are less than you burn, you will lose fat.
