What is THE best supplement to build muscle and burn fat?
I’ve been doing a lot of research into HGH (releasers), but I haven’t found a reliable source or product. I mainly need to burn some baby fat in my face.
The best supplement to build muscle and burn fat is FOOD.
Sorry for the tough love, but looking for a supplement should be the final icing on the cake - once you are already muscular and lean, then some supplements might help you go a step further. But too many people forget that your regular eating habits have the biggest impact on body composition. I’m not saying that regular food is twice as effective as supplements. I’m saying it is 100 times more effective.
In terms of your face, there is no supplement, or eating habit, that will change that. If you have a fat face it’s because of one of two reasons: a) your whole body is fat and so when you lose overall fat your face will too, or b) the rest of your body is lean but you have an unusual genetic predisposition to carry fat around your face. Either way, supplements won’t help you.
