Does LA weight loss really work? This might be something your looking into because you think you have tried every weight loss product on the market. LA weight loss really focuses on using real foods found at supermarkets and even takeaways! It concentrates on calorie intake and portion sizes of meals. Your probably thinking how does this diet work? The plan is divided into three sections.

The weight loss section will be the period it takes for you to reach your ideal weight. In this period you will be given focused meal plans that contain 1100 to 1800 calories for each day. These diets are usually around 45% carbohydrates, 35-40% protein and the rest made up from fat. The food contained in these diet plans will be healthy, well planned and formulated.
It’s not just what you eat, but also the exercise you participate in. During the stabilization period you will meet a counselor and review your progress. This is usually over a six week period. The LA dieting plan will allow you to lose weight correctly and the most important in a healthy manner.

Short answer: No.

I honestly don’t see the point in any of that hyponosis bologna. If you really want to lose weight, have some self-control and exercise if you have the time. I don’t mean to be harsh, but people spend so much money on such pointless things, when all you need is self-control. If you’re really motivated and you really want to lose weight, just do it.

Unfortunately, yes it’s a hoax. There is no magic formula when it comes to easy weight loss. This is the same for all these quick fix diets. None of them last long term. The only way to lose weight is to:-
EAT LESS and MOVE MORE. It is as simple as that.

Yes it does work. I am a hypnotist in private practice. Hypnosis for weight loss is one of the most successful things I do. Here is how it works:
Your mind is the reason why you have feelings that are out of control. Hypnosis works the opposite of a diet. With a diet, you are drastically changing your eating habits, the whole time trying to get your mind to accept it. What typically happens is that your mind never accepts it and you gain the weight back plus some. With hypnosis, you change the way you feel toward food, so you actually feel satisfied with less food, and you feel a desire and motivation to exercise. It helps you to not have urges and cravings to snack. When you feel these things it makes it easy for the weight to come off.

You should try other ways to loss weight. Such as exercising, diet, and diet pill.
Doing them altogether gives the best result.

To be honest I find it quite sad when people who know literally nothing about hypnosis get on Yahoo! Answers and post "no hypnosis is not real!" on every open question they can find. For starters let me say hypnosis is 100% real . I’m a hypnotist and I’ve performed hundred’s of inductions. If you have even a shard of doubt about whether or not hypnosis exists, just check out some of these results on Google:

Now that we have that matter straightened up, I can address the original topic. Hypnosis will not make you lose weight directly, per se. So in that sense their is no real alternative to diet pills, eating healthy and exercises. However if you find yourself lacking the motivation to be able to do these things, then hypnosis can certainly help! A good hypnotherapist (especially one trained in a branch called NLP) will be able to reprogram some of your subconscious processes, making it easier for you to do the things you need to do to loose weight.
