    I am a tall female 6′0". I have been on the birth control depo shot for 2 almost 3 years now. Last summer around this time I was very skinny. I weighed 140 pounds, I have gained about 20 to 25 pounds in the past year. Never in my life have I thought that I was over weight, now at this time in my life I think that I am. I know for my height I will weigh more than most. I have been through a lot of stress with work, home and my personal life. My hair is also stressed…(loosing some hair). I am looking for some kind of diet method to help me lose my excess fat. I would love to weigh 140 pounds again. Have there been any diets/pills to help you lose weight? I am a very busy person, I don’t have the extra time to go to the gym or go work out. When I get the time I try to go to the gym or go on walks/runs. I am looking for a diet that will help me not eat so much, eat smaller portions, and not be so hungry? Please Help!!!

    I went from 205 to 133 kept it off 7 years and its apparently not a diet I have to eat this way from now on! Its easy I elimanted all sugar drinks from diet. Eat 5 times a day! Timing is everything you must keep a strict schedule so you dont get hungry and your metabolism keeps working. I count carbs 30 carbs for breakfast 45 carbs for lunch 15 carbs for snack 45 carbs for dinner and 15 carbs for late night snack. Each time you eat move for 20 minutes get it circulating. The energy level comes up your metabolism is in check. Also you can eat 5 to 7 oz of meat a day whenever you choose vegetables are free as many as you want fat limit to 3 servings a day check packaging for serving. meats fats and vegetables fit any where you want in the day. (vegetables that count as carbs are corn dried beans of any kind, english peas) All meats and fats and veggies have carbs but you do not count these in with your carb count from above. Carbs are fruit,sugar,flour,bread,cereals,soda,juice,and the veggies listed above etc…… Check with food pryramid on line to see rest of carbs. P S do not be decieved by sugar free products they have just as many carbs sometimes more than sugar! Danger but true! Fat free products are not good the take fat out and add carbs sneaky! Stick with low fat and no trans fats.
