How I Lose Weight + Food Tips

Here’s the low-down on what I’m doing to lose weight and how it works.
1. Figure out what your “maintain weight” calories are and eat 500 calories LESS than that number every day.
2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5x/week.
3. Drink water! Divide your weight in half and drink that number in ounces of water every day.
(4. Make healthier choices as you go along and get better at doing steps 1-3.)

The salad is:
1 Bowl of Romaine Lettuce and Spinach
2 Tbsp Light Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 Tomato, sliced
1/4 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/4 Cup Garlic Feta Cheese
= around 110-130 calories
YUM!
Green Tea (and similar Asian teas), English Breakfast Tea and Irish Breakfast Tea need no sweetener if you use 1 Tsp of lemon juice instead (0 calories).
Vanilla chai (and decaf vanilla chai), peppermint tea and bangal spice teas all also need no sweeteners or additives of any kind.

gaga2bechillin: I hate to break it to you, but you’re still growing at your age, so you’re going to gain weight no matter what. For your age, I’d imagine that your’ probably around 5 to 5 foot 5 inches, right? 80 pounds might actually be underweight for you. Don’t be afraid if that scale starts pushing 100…as long as you’re eating right, it just means you’re growing normally.

eat fruits and vegatables, they are complex carbs that good for you, they are also low in calorie. eat fish and poultry meat and occasioanlly red meat. excercise moderately like 3-5 times a week(jogging and walking is the best, dont run!) find out how many calories you need to sustain your weight now, then subtract 500 cals, and you’ll lose weight. i fyou dont lose weight, subtract 50 cals everytime.

woah woah! your eating 1550 calories a day and exercising 5 x a week, increase your calories your not eating enough, (1550 is already to low if you didnt exercise, add exercise and that number could drop to 900 - 1000 thats not good you’ll slow your metabolism down) I exercise 2 hours a day 60 - 80 minutes of cardio and 1 hour of weight training, eat 3200 - 3500 cals and im loosing fat, gaining muscle

heres sum tips, there are no secrets to weight loss,
step 1: startin doing cardio exercises daily
step 2: cut out all junk food, only drink milk once a day, drink plenty of water, and juice in the morning, absolutly no soda
step 3: dont over eat, (like dont eat until your bursting and dieing)
step 4: start lifting weights, high reps for a tight build, or low reps heavy weight for a larger build
and an important tip, **dont give in to cravings, and push yourself to greatness!
